Approved Foods List

Hi everyone! 

As mentioned during our talk and in the MyFitnessPal Blog, we want you to include all foods and not just what's on this list. We recommend 10-15% of all your calories come from discretionary calories or better known as the fun foods. Please take a look and refer to your coach with any questions.
