We try to keep it simple here at Shoreline CrossFit and provide you with the fastest and safest way to enroll. Here are your 3 options below:
Take 3 individual training sessions before jumping into classes.
Take our SCF 101 course offered several times a month (free of charge)
If you have functional fitness experience, jump right into group classes.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the beginners movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
