	To the left is a photojournalistic view of our logo taken by Athena Blude at our Grand Opening August 2009.
The picture to the right was taken at the Northeast Qualifier in May 2009 in Albany, NY. We don’t know exactly what our mystery man was saying to his competitor, but as you can see, it was an unbelievable weekend!
	This picture on the left is one of our favorites of Keith from CrossFit Milford. Keith is demonstrating the lunge complex as he warms up for “Fran” at our grand opening in August 09.
Right, Coach Jay Leydon owner & head trainer at CrossFit Milford is coaching Lauren Erwin through a 2K row at the Northeast Qualifiers in May 2009. Lauren placed second in this event and was invited to participate in the CrossFit Games in California.
