Free Trial
Some athletes are hesitant to jump right into the On-Ramp program without getting a personal taste of a CrossFit class. If you would like to find out if CrossFit is right for you, please take advantage of our free trial class. You will be taken through our basic warm-up, group dynamic stretch, skill work, workout, and post-workout stretch with a CrossFit coach. These trial class take place on Saturday mornings at 8:30.
