Olympic Weightlifting: SCF's Olympic Weightlifting class centers on the development of the two Olympic lifts, the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. Each month, we'll focus on one the development of one lift. Each week, we'll implement a technique to making one more proficient in the lift. These classes are for only for "Experienced" CrossFitters only (6+ months) and Full Time Members Only.

Endurance: SCF's Endurance Program centers on improving one's cardiovascular endurance. The focus is three fold: learn proper running mechanics, improve one's overall cardio for fitness reasons and/or help one train for something more specific like a half marathon. These classes are open to both full time and part time members (4 day a week package).
