Schedule Changes For This Weekend

This week’s Open workout will be quite more lengthy than the prior week’s workouts (18 minute AMRAP of: 15 box jumps 24/20″, 12 shoulder to overhead 115/75, and 9 toes to bar).   Due to this, there will be some slight schedule changes.

#1:  We CANNOT be as lenient with our competitor schedule (i.e. “DP cannot judge six athletes at 5am, as this would take a minimum of 120 minutes!)

#2:  Friday’s competitor schedule is NOW 3:30-6:30 pm.  PLEASE email Chu (Chu@shorelinecrossfit.com) to let him know which hour block you plan to compete in (3:30, 4:30, 5:30, or 6:30).

# 3:  The REGULAR 6:30 pm class THIS FRIDAY night is CANCELLED!  Please make it out to 3:30, 4:30, 0r 5:30 pm.

# 4:  The 10:30 am SATURDAY class is CANCELLED UNTIL THE CONCLUSION OF THE OPEN (three more weeks, counting this one!).  Please arrive promptly at 11:30 for the Open competition on Saturday.

While this time is exciting, there is high pressure for your coaches to ensure that the competition maintains its integrity and enthusiasm.

    Hey Guys,

    So I have received emails from many of you requesting Friday night time slots. For any other athletes interested in Friday night please email me ASAP. As time slots fill up we will need to have a cut off so it will be first come first serve! For any athletes that show up to compete without emailing me there is no promises that we will be able to fit you in :(

    Looking forward to hearing from you guys and ready to kick 12.3 A$$!!!
