WOD, 3/27/10:
“Shoreline Breakdown”
The class will divide into two teams, for 25 minutes:
While Partners “A” push a CAR 400 M and run back 400 M, Partners “B” will complete MAX CUMULATIVE DEADLIFTS indoors (225 lbs/135 lbs). All partners must enter gym together to “tag” out deadlifting partners.
Post total deadlift reps for score.
For small classes, we will have a Plan “B” (has there ever been small classes???)

This was the perfecet WOD….just like High School…well college actually again…got up late on Saturday, went to the gym, pushed a car, hung out, went to dinner, had a glass of wine (is that a five pointer?) and then went home and…..So, lets do that again sometime. Work out good for me!
Wow….Isn't that Franco Colombo? I remember that picture from my "Encyclopedia of bodybuilding" by Arnold Schwarzenegger when I was in highschool haha.
