    Doesn't the title of this work out sound like the characterization of a bad Saturday night dating experience? And, the five reps can be seen as either the activity necessary to purge the effects of it from your body, or the punishment….

    Ok… I think I know the answer to this but, so 100% sure… is corned beef and cabbage considered a cheat?

    I just did my first handstand ever! But it was in the dining room without anyone to spot me — I think I'll try the pushup part of it at SCF.

    This was quite the week of accomplishments for you, Cynthia! Great job!!!!!

    Sarah….corned beef is not a lean meat, and is very salty (similar to cold cuts). However, this week…we won't consider it a cheat. And cabbage is always a go! You can, however, leave the guinness out…
