With 50 m run forward, 50 m run backwards in between rounds:

Pull-ups

Push Press (115/75)

REMINDER : SCF’s nutrition talk is scheduled for Saturday, February, 13th @ 11:00 am.  Liz Liptak of Paleo FreakFood will be there to discuss her program (she is a personal paleo chef).

Just in case you think that we are the only ones catching on to the benefits of the Paleo diet, I found the following article in the Washington Post.  Check out the article, “The Paleolithic Diet is So Easy, Cavemen Actually Did It”:

Head to head heavy lifting!

If you thought this WOD was gonna be "easy," you quickly realized that you were wrong!

Welcome Kristy!

Welcome Junior!

Great work today, Jeff!

WHO is this MONSTER??!!!!

I love the teamwork that goes down on heavy lifting days!

    Hey All!

Just saw this on Milford's blog. Thought it would ease the minds of those who've signed up and fear that they will not be able to do a WOD Rx'd (although you need to keep on training as if you will do it Rx'd) and perhaps move some of you that are "on the fence" about competing at the sectionals in March to "jump over" and sign up:

"We have decided to add a scaled division to the CrossFit Sectionals Northeast competition. This should open up the field for a lot of people and allow those who have some concerns to take the plunge. So, now you have no excuse! Keep checking back for details on the games as we are gettting the move on with updates."

You can sign up on the CrossFit Games website which is found off of the mainsite.

    Hey Everyone!

We are getting really excited for the NorthEast Sectionals – it's coming soon! In preparation for the big weekend, we are trying to put some athlete information together for the Sectionals site. We would love it if you could send us any athlete profiles, videos, promotional information, etc. Show us whatcha workin with! My name is Amanda and I am going to be helping Jay with the logistics of sectionals for the weekend :)
