Are you interested in the best compression wear around?  Benedict Kelly, of CrossFit Performance in Fairfield, is the U.S. distributor of Body Science Compression Wear.  Compression wear fights the inflammation that our muscles suffer after our intense WODs, leading to a faster recovery.  I wore it to bed last night after an insane FGB and I feel great today.  Check out the body science website at: http://www.bsccompression.com.au/

If you are interested in purchasing BSc, contact Ben KElly through his site: www.crossfitperformance.com

I have been looking for the right shoes to get for ever! i have no idea what to do go with. I was thinking Nike Free’s? any feedback? Is there a good shoe i can lift and run in? Or should i get an Olympic shoe and a running shoe? If anyone has a good shoe to recommend please let me know!

Chris had to sit in this crammed nasty ambulance for 16. I would have rather been in the box with the 430 crew. LP NICE pics love. The serious face. And I would love to say buy a good running shoe and an olympic lifting shoe but I’m still waiting for mine sorry no help here. Stay warm everyone see you all tomorrow

Chris, I've owned Nike Frees and can vouch for them: they are light, flat and easy to run in. I've done SCF lifting in them too, and they're fine. I don't usually bring them for the just in case we box jump days because I need a little more support, but they are great overall.

    Chirs,

I've had Nike Frees and they are the sh*t! I'll be in the market for a new pair of running shoes soon and I'm getting those again. I know D-$ got a pair at the West Farms mall. But, I know that they also have them on-line at Sports Authority and they have a deal going on until Christmas that if you spend $100 they'll knock off $25 and waive the shipping fee.

    Chris,

I had the 3.0's last year and yes I lifted and they were fine although, I never did a WOD or any Olympic lifting then.
