WOD, 11/01/09:

For time:
25 Squats 
25 Push-ups
25 Pull-ups
25 Sit-ups
50 Squats
50 Push-ups
50 Pull-ups
50 Sit-ups
75 Squats
75 Push-ups
75 Pull-ups
75 Sit-ups

*If you are newer, or struggle with any of these movements (pull-ups), you may scale the reps down a bit (I’d rather see you do 25 pull-ups FULL RANGE OF MOTION than 75 without getting your chin over the bar).  If you are not, and just don’t enjoy these movements, SUCK IT UP, WE’RE ALL TAKIN’ HITS OUT HERE!

Remember to “FALL BACK” tonight at midnight.  Clocks go back ONE HOUR.  Enjoy your extra hour of sleep (or partying :+)

    LP when do i get a cool nickname? and i can't wait to see all the other pic from fri night and that pic of allie takes the cake haha.See this week and we must do all that again real soon.

    Oh HILL….you see my battle wounds…it is from a few too many muscle ups (the rope chaffing my shoulder). At least you can’t see my stomach…NEVER ROPE CLIMB SHIRTLESS (ouch!)
