WOD, 10/3/09:
“B-Witz”
Amrap 3 minutes on one minute of f for 5 rounds of:
1. 135 lb. squat clean
2. 20 lb wall ball
3. kettlebell swings (1.5 pood/1 pood)
4. air squats
Keep track of total rounds completed for each three minute intervals.
