9 pull ups
9 sit ups
100 ‘ walking lunge
6 pull ups
6 sit ups

NEVER say something is too heavy for you to move...I attached Desi to this kettlebell to keep jer from interfering with the class. She weighs 4 lbs...she moved it over a FOOT AND A HALF...it weighs 15 lbs. That's a CrossFit dog!!!
