WOD, 9/12/09:
It was a "Sacred Heart Showdown" today at SCF between high school pals Erica and Allie
I won't tell you who took the prize, but I want to know what they feed these Catholic school girls!! Great work ladies!!!
Kevin has been "doin' WORK" all week to show repentance for his weekend of fun!
And speaking of the ever-so-hard-working Kevin Miller, he gets the "Spirit of CrossFit" award for sticking around today after his WOD to cheer on and SQUAT together with fellow athlete, Mike.
