WOD: 9/11/09
“Barbara“
Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
Don’t sleep on this WOD. Just because you get three minutes of rest between each round, doesn’t mean it’s easy. However, because you DO get the rest, you should GO NUTS during each round! This is my FAVORITE WOD of all time!

I've seen that face many a times. But the truth is, that same crazy face got you to the CrossFit Games! Maybe that's your secret….???
I have 2 admit, that face kinda scares me, but everything else is very impressive, go get it Mrs Plumey!!!
