“Somebody’s Got a Case of the Mondays…”
WOD, Monday, 08/31/09:
5 Rounds for time of:
10 Push Jerks (115/75)
20 Air Squats
400 Meter Run
yukkkkkkkkkk…I feel it too (for the first time in 3 months!!)…back to work! It is easy to feel “overtired” on Mondays and skip the gym; however, I have found that the best cure for, “a case of the Mondays” is to get right back to the gym. Punish yourself if you partied too hard this weekend…feel the sweet relief of completing a CrossFit WOD, and get the week off on the right foot! I will see you all tomorrow.
Remember: The new classes start on Tuesday. We are adding a 5:30 am class on Tuesday and Thursday. If it is a success, we will add this time on every week day. We are also adding a 4:30 pm class on M-F. If there is no, or little response to these times, we will cancel them (5:30 is very early to get up and sit alone in the gym :+).

Allie is excellently demonstrating how to modify a wall handstand push up on a box during "Nate" on Friday. It is still a great workout!

Matt is feeling the burn on the rings! P.S. Nice shirt!!

If he can do it, so can you!
