David, Ashley V. of CrossFit Milford, and I had the privilege of traveling to Chicago to further Dave’s CrossFit training.  While we were there, we got to visit two AWESOME CrossFit gyms:  CrossFit Chicago and Windy City CrossFit.  Every time we would get back in the car after a killer WOD, we would look at each other and say, “I can’t believe how CrossFitters are instant family!”  Seriously, no one wanted money …no one wanted to show how much tougher their gym was than ours…just pure blood, sweat, and tears CROSSFIT!  A special thanks to Rudy and all his trainers at CrossFit Chicago, and to Justin and all his trainers at Windy City CrossFit.  You both run amazing boxes! And when we couldn’t workout at a gym, we did burpees at each state line as we were driving back!

I am happy to say that our grand opening is quickly approaching, and our gym is close to complete!  It looks fantastic. I will be sending an email out to all clients tomorrow regarding the grand opening and scheduling.  Please plan on bringing all of your friends and family down for the grand opening on August 15th at 9am.

   Congrats on opening the new gym. My wife and I have had our gym open 2 months today out here in Utah…lost of hard work as I'm sure you know but very rewarding. Best of luck to you guys, hope I'll see you at the games next year.

   Lauren, you got some love on the mainsite, I'm sure you already know!
