Push Press-1×3
Then…
“Tabata Something Else“
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Score based upon total reps from all 32 intervals
Many people come to the gym and expect INSTANT results. They want to work for a few days, weeks, or maybe months and get the results of the individuals that they admire. FITNESS is EARNED! And, just like anything in life that we are forced to earn (whether it be your first pair of sneakers as an adolescent to a new BMW fully equipped with a car payment when you get your first “real” job), we appreciate it more and take care of it. Hard work pays off! Work diligently, follow the diet, and results are inevitable. And, if you think I’m lying, take this advice from the greatest in his field:
