WOD 8/22/09:
In teams of 2 or 3, complete equal reps of:
1. Burpees
2. Knees to Elbows
3. Pull-ups
4. Deadlifts (195/135)
5. 100 meter sprints
6. Wall Balls
This workout us performed in a relay fashion. Each team will spend 5 minutes at each station. You will have to divide reps evenly amongst teammates (i.e. each member does 10 wall balls). Only one teammate may work at a time. Score is based upon total reps completed and meters run.
As I have said previously, CrossFit is different than a regular gym for many reasons; but, my favorite reason, is the community that is created between athletes. Take tomorrow to cheer on and support your teammates…and have fun doing it!

Jacob takes some time out of his back squat to throw a little "blue steel," or maybe it's "magnum" at the camera. Ask Don S. about the requirements for lifting on the same platform as Jacob...it requires a vocabulary readjustment!

This looks like a fun workout. But Im going to miss you because tomarrow is my rest day. Zoolander reference was hilarious.
