“The Back to School Beat Down”
3 Rounds for REPS of:
90 Seconds on of Thrusters (65/45 lbs)
90 Seconds on of Wall Balls (14/12)
90 Seconds on of Pull-ups
90 Seconds on of Box Jumps (20 “)
60 Seconds of rest
Your score is based upon the number of reps TOTAL in all twelve 90 second rounds.

We told DP to watch out. Blanco took home the title of the strongest Latino in the gym today...375 Back squat, 235 shoulder press, and 475 deadlift! 1,000 is quite impressive too. Great work to both of you!

Both Jenn (in squat) and Liz (spotting) were BEASTS in their first CFT today. Liz deadlifted 210 and Jen 185!

Carmela approached the CFT with no fear. Very inspirational to watch!

After setting a personal record (PR) in the CFT (170 back squat!!), Shlee set another PR in her 3x5 overhead squat (125). Get it, get it!

Isabella Blanco representin' the SCF. Her deadlift will be as strong as her dad's in no time!
