We couldn’t be happier with the expressed interest in our new facility!  Anyone who knows anything about CrossFit knows that the number one aspect that keeps CrossFit gyms in business is the amazing community of members (and of course, the amazing RESULTS!!!).  Leaving CrossFit Milford to begin our community in Branford has been bitter-sweet…like leaving college to go on to bigger and better things…but leaving an AMAZING family behind.  We are ECSTATIC to announce that we already have FIFTEEN members in our family at Shoreline CrossFit.  This interest has made this transition much easier for David, Kelly, and myself.  

These individuals know a good deal when they see one (see membership and schedule page for our “early bird special” promotion)!  CrossFit provides personal training, in a team oriented, competitive, yet friendly, environment. There isn’t a gym in town that one could go to and get this same attention at such a discounted rate!  Some CrossFits charge well over $200.00 per month (and trust me, it’s still worth it).  So welcome to the fam Liz, Alicia, Ashley D., Lauren, Bob, Dramous, Vinny, J.R., Sue, Brad, Jacob, Franco, Allen, Matthew, and Becky!  We can’t open our doors fast enough and make you CrossFit fire-breathers!!!  If you have any questions about scheduling, grand opening, or workouts that you can currently do, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
